Support
We offer many support options: phone, site visit or remote support. With our remote assistance and your permission, we can share the viewing of your desktop and get you on your way to a solution to your Sage 100 ERP (MAS 90) issue.
How remote support works:
Step 1: Once you are on the phone with one of our consultants, you will be directed to this web page to initiate the screen-sharing session.
You will complete the fields from the drop down menu and click the Continue button.

Step 3: With your permission, our consultant can now view your screen and share control of your desktop.
Step 4: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your desktop and can end the screen-sharing session at
